Car and real estate price
prediction (experimental)

Project description:

The goal of our project was to create a price prediction system that suggests a price to users, who post cars or real estate on the client’s website. The price of the item is calculated based on the parameters the user has entered. We have trained a Machine Learning model using around 1 million user-generated data records.

Technologies:

• Scikit-learn, XGBoost.
• Scrapy to collect data.
